Our custom die casting metal mould is engineered as a dedicated tool for producing precision aluminium components under high-pressure casting conditions. The mould is fabricated from hot-work tool steel, selected for its capacity to withstand repeated thermal excursions and mechanical stress. The impression and core are machined to the exact geometry of the customer's part, with feed systems configured to direct molten metal efficiently into the cavity.
